We hope this message finds you well. As we move through the busy season, we’d like to remind all IIHF members of the basic requirements under the IIHF Insurance Scheme to ensure continued compliance and cover.
⚠️ Failure to comply with IIHF guidelines may result in insurance being invalidated.
✅ Your Basic IIHF Insurance Requirements:
1. Current Membership
Your IIHF membership must be active and up-to-date for your insurance to remain valid.
& All inflatable in your control must be listed on your insurance schedule
2. Up-to-Date Safety Documentation
- Annual safety certificates for each inflatable.
3. Qualified Supervision & Safe Practice
- Trained staff on all jobs.
- Impact mats must be used on all hard surfaces, covering the full impact area.
- All inflatables must be set up and anchored to IIHF-approved safety standards.
4. Proper IIHF Hire Agreements
- Signed IIHF hire agreements must be completed for every customer.
5. Use of IIHF-Approved Inflatables Only
- All inflatables must meet EN14960 standards and be within valid certification.
6. Incident Reporting
- Any incident or injury must be reported to the IIHF within 1 week.

The IIHF carries out random spot checks throughout the season. Please ensure you’re always operating to the required standards to protect:
