Become a Member of the IIHF

Thank you for your interest in joining the Irish Inflatable Hirers Federation (IIHF).

The IIHF offers two categories of membership, details below:

The annual membership fees are listed below.

This fee applies once per year, and if you begin as an Associate Member and later upgrade to Full Membership during the same membership year, no additional fee is required.

Full Membership - €125

Elegibility

  • Fully insured under the IIHF / Arachas insurance scheme
  • All inflatables safety certified in accordance with Irish law
  • Signed and accepted IIHF Terms & Conditions

Benefits

  • Listed publicly on the IIHF website as a Verified and Insured Operator
  • Included in IIHF promotions, directories, and referrals
  • Access to the IIHF insurance scheme, official updates, and support
  • Priority access to IIHF guidance on legislation, inspections, and compliance

Limitations

  • Must maintain valid insurance and safety certification

Advisory Membership - €100

Elegibility

  • Individuals or organisations seeking guidance on inflatable safety, certification, or compliance
  • Buyers of new or second-hand inflatables who wish to verify safety certificates
  • Operators, manufacturers, or suppliers not yet eligible — or not applying — for Full Membership
  • Anyone wishing to access IIHF advisory services without joining the insurance scheme

Benefits

  • Expert advice on certification, testing, SQI requirements, and insurance standards
  • Ability to submit safety certificates to the IIHF for verification and authenticity checks
  • Access to IIHF member communications, updates, and legislative information
  • Option to upgrade to Full Membership at any time once requirements are met

Limitations

  • Not listed publicly on the IIHF website as a verified operator
  • Cannot access the IIHF insurance scheme
  • No public endorsement by the IIHF
